Creating a logo or brand can be a challenging process, as long as the communication lines between client and designer are always open then things will be much easier.
I've compiled a list of 5 things to ask even before pencil hits the paper
How will the brand elements be reproduced? Will there be print and online material?important because in the age that we are in now, a lot of companies may not use print and just have an online presence.

Which programs will they be using to make your logo. There is the one program specifically designed for logo creation --Adobe Illustrator. Its the industry standard
and recommended by all designers. Logo's should always be in Vector format, meaning it can be scaled up with no distortion. It also allows to be opened in Photoshop to be used as a JPEG for online use.
